She has worked with cross border teams and vendors managing client accounts and projects while building frameworks, processes and procedures to facilitate peak performance across departments and bridging the gap between present and future state objectives.
She is a Managing partner in PEAK Ltd. a Business Consultant working with the SBDC, past member of the National Neighbourhood watch council and contributor to financial shows such as You and Your Money. She is an Advisor to many prominent business men and women within the community and has assisted in planning political campaign strategies in the past.
Shanalee has been a Certified International Project Manager since2007, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and an active Rotarian.
Her background, skills and passion for economics and finance made starting a career in Real Estate a logical next step.
